2 New Recipes from tasteofBBQ.com

Hello,

Here's two of the newest recipes from tasteofBBQ that you might find tasty.

I recently catered a wedding reception that had a BBQ picnic dinner theme and the bride and groom asked for a chicken burger option to serve with the regular beef burgers.

After borrowing (I mean researching) what I thought were the best ingredients from 3 or 4 different recipes I put together this one that I think is hands-down amazing and so easy to make.

The second recipe is Jamaican Jerk pork and if you've ever tasted it and love those authentic flavors of the Islands then you'll be really happy to see how easy it is to recreate at home.

Amazing Chicken Burgers

If you're looking for a change of pace from regular ground beef burgers then give these chicken burgers a go.

Interesting ingredients and dead simple to make. If you're cooking for a crowd you really want to make the ingredient list simple.

Onion soup mix, thyme and Smoky BBQ sauce are the key ingredients that I borrowed from a bunch of different recipes and they really work well together in this recipe.

See, I've done all the hard work for you, except cooking them (which I can do for a price!)

Authentic Jamaican Jerk Pork

If you've ever tasted spicy Jamaican Jerk pork or chicken you'll immediately recognize that cinnamon, allspice and ginger flavor that is common with that style of cooking.

It's traditionally a low and slow style of cooking but with this pork recipe it's easy to get the same results on the grill in less than an hour.

Keep the meat in the marinade overnight if you can and the flavors will really pop.

Consider serving with jambalaya if a main dish or even just slicing thin and serving as a munchie appetizer for lazy summer afternoons.

Have fun with these two new recipes and let me know what you think.

Feel free to share this newsletter with your friends.

Until next time,

-Ian
