Fold one long end of plastic wrap/waxed paper over the butter so both long ends meet. Wrap in the edges until they touch the butter at both ends.

Carefully begin rolling it up tightly in the paper to form a log. Make sure none of the ingredients leak out!

Step 3:
Refrigerate the flavored butter log at least an hour.

When ready, remove the plastic wrap and slice down through the waxed paper to make discs.

Place the sliced garlic butter discs in a serving bowl or plate or just add to any recipe you wish.

If using with grilled steak then place a disc on a cooked steak as soon as it comes off the grill and while it rests under aluminum foil.

Enjoy!
