Crab & Asiago stuffed Chicken Breasts

Chicken, Crab and Asiago cheese have relatively mild flavors compared to other foods but provide a great starting point for this recipe.

To spice things up a bit on the inside with the stuffing we've added some diced jalapeno, lemon juice and French salad dressing.

Finish these off on the grill with a nice smooth Honey-Dijon basting sauce.

These turned out really well.

Spicy Schezuan Grilled Green Beans

These Schezuan grilled green beans have that unmistakable Asian sesame flavor and actually work really well together with the crab stuffed chicken just above.

We've included some chopped roasted red pepper for color and spicy asian chili sauce (called Sambal Oelek) which is available at most supermarkets today.

You'll definitely want a perforated grilling wok to cook these over very high heat.

Buffalo Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Not sure why we didn't think of these sooner but if you love Buffalo style Chicken Wings then you'll love these shrimp.

Really easy to make, thread large shrimp on bamboo skewers, sprinkle with a little garlic powder and lemon pepper then drizzle on the Franks Red Hot sauce.

Quick grill over high heat, usually 6 minutes tops!
